Kapil Sibal's CBSE is not going to phail anyone in secondary boards phrom now on !! HOOOO-aa.
The policy is out.Score less than 32 marks,still you shall no more be branded a phuck-up(ph grade),rather conpherred upon,with due honour and apologies,the brown Elefant status(E grade).So.now ,you cant phuck yourself and the system wont phuck you either.

Perhaps to showcase our national obsession with proscriptions,the powers-that-be ,the paternal despots of indian dramacracy aim to banish F phrom our english alfabet, in process tranmogriphying us all into those typical bumpkins who never manage to master english fonetics,and spew phood phrom their mouths onto our phaces.

Sibal believes that our kids at sicks'teen should be shielded from the rigoursof the examination grind.Has he any patience phor those inglorious basterds,those desperados and cowboys,who aspire to claim as many FUcKKAS (hell ,fuck you policymakers and fuckkk u harddd) as possible ,and brandish them as wounds sustained during the educational warphare ?
